I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we enjoyed working with Broach Coach Tours the first week in February. We had 47 college counselors who had so many compliments about the bus and our driver, John Mackenzie. When I first contacted Broach Coach Tours, Mr. King was kind, attentive to details, and so hospitable. It was obvious that customer service was important to him, which is ultimately why our group selected you all. Linda contacted me one day to ask about our final payment, and went out of her way to confirm that it was received - it simply hadn't been processed yet. Finally, our bus driver, John Mackenzie, was outstanding! He offered helpful information about the areas we were traveling to, and always assisted each passenger as needed. We had one person in a wheelchair, and he kindly accommodated her at every stop. Everyone was comfortable on the luxury bus - and it made for a terrific tour. John also hung up small trash bags, so it was easy to keep the bus picked up. He cleaned the bus up daily, which was so nice.
